These coins are certified as technically flawless by PCGS at PCGS70 DCAM. The five state designs released in 2000 were MD, SC, NH, NY & SC, the five state designs released in 2001 were KY, RI, VT, NC & NY and the five states released in 2002 were IN, OH, TN, MS, & LA. The coins are nice and will remain that way due to the encapsulation.
